Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically, and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Digital Product & Refund Policy

Grounded Rider Co. sells downloadable digital products, including journals, workbooks, guides, and related resources.

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable. Before purchasing, please review the product description carefully to make sure the resource is right for you.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • change of mind

  • accidental purchases

  • failure to read the product description before purchase

  • device, software, or printing incompatibility

  • personal dissatisfaction with the format or content after download

Coaching Disclaimer

Grounded Rider Co. offers confidence coaching intended to support the mental and emotional side of riding through preparation, reflection, mindset tools, and confidence-building practices.

Coaching does not replace professional riding instruction, horse training, veterinary care, medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or other mental-health treatment.

​

Grounded Rider Co. does not provide diagnosis or treatment for anxiety disorders, trauma, or other mental-health conditions. If you are experiencing significant anxiety, panic, trauma-related symptoms, or other concerns that interfere with daily life, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental-health professional.

​

Horseback riding involves inherent risks. You remain responsible for your own riding decisions, safety, equipment, horse-related decisions, and participation in lessons, training, shows, or other equestrian activities.

​

Your riding instructor, trainer, barn professional, veterinarian, and other qualified professionals remain responsible for decisions within their areas of expertise.

​

Grounded Rider Co. does not guarantee that coaching will eliminate nervousness, prevent riding-related incidents, or produce any specific riding, confidence, or performance outcome. Individual results vary.

By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that the service is educational and supportive in nature and is intended to complement, not replace, appropriate professional instruction and care.
